Delicious Dinner at East is East
I find it strange that in Canada one can get away with removing one's shoes and placing stocked feet on top of a table in a restaurant... Most delicious Gulab Jamin & Chai I've ever had at East is East with Cayley tonight. Also, there was a flamenco dancer. Very strange combination of food and entertainment.

Sunshine in Stockholm
I was so happy to see the sun today. All bundled up, with thermos filled coffee and my bag filled with school work, I sat outside and studied and wrote and enjoyed my morning in the sun. My fingers still feel a little frozen, but it was a beautiful, beautiful start to the day!

Christmas Market in Gamla Stan
Christmas is here! Today marks the beginning of the holiday season in Sweden. With the arrival of first advent, the city has turned into a Christmas frenzy. Big Christmas markets where you can eat delicious food - like waffles and pepparkakor while drinking glögg and buying Christmas gifts and decorations have pushed everyone into the Christmas spirit. It's magical. Spent the afternoon in Gamla Stan with Ashley, Alex, & Toby in admittedly the most touristy market, but still a very pretty one. We had some nice fika with Hanna & Gustav as well! Overall, a great start to the month of December.
